2. Use of the Service:
You agree to use the QuikTele service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
You may not resell or distribute the QuikTele service without explicit written consent from QuikTele.
3. Refund and Returns:
Refunds are only applicable within the first 7 days of subscription. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
Returns within the 7-day period may be subject to a reduced refund amount, ranging from 10% to 20% of the original subscription fee.
4. Account Information:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify QuikTele immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
5. Content and Copyright:
All content provided through QuikTele is either licensed or owned by QuikTele. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
QuikTele respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at support@quiktele.com.
6. Termination:
QuikTele reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms.
Upon termination, your access to the service will be immediately disabled.
7. Changes to Terms:
QuikTele may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will be posted on the QuikTele website.
